Upon receiving your order, I will contact you with a price quote. At that time you will be required to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit which will be applied to your order total. The remaining balance will be due upon notification of order completion prior to shipment. All personal contact information will be exchanged after the initial deposit is received, so you can feel free to contact me directly with any questions, not just by email.
I will keep you posted on the rod building process. Photos will be available upon request, so you may monitor the progress of your order. If you are placing an order as a gift, please allow sufficient time for carrier handling. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, safely packaged in a triangular mailing tube. Insurance is also available upon request. Please note that there are no returns or refunds on any personalized rods. I do accept returns on standard, non-personalized rods, and a credit will be refunded for 50% of your order (Deposit is Non-refundable). If you have any questions, please contact me. Thanks!
